Kamil Zapotoczny is the Head of Solution Architecture at PriceMind, where he helps global organizations achieve their business goals by designing large-scale enterprise systems powered by modern technologies, including AI.

He specializes in designing and delivering SaaS pricing solutions across industries, with a strong emphasis on scalable architectures and performance optimization. He leverages AI in the price management domain to enhance pricing decisions, optimize margins, automate processes, and support commercial teams with data-driven insights. His work bridges business strategy and technical implementation, positioning AI as a decision layer within enterprise architectures integrating ERP, CRM, pricing engines, and modern data platforms.

Before joining PriceMind, he built his software engineering career in leading enterprises, including Samsung Electronics, PKO BP, and Aviva, contributing to enterprise systems in banking, insurance, and consumer electronics.

Outside of work, he is a triathlon enthusiast who has completed multiple long-distance events, such as an Ironman and marathons.
