The AI-native company
By 2027 the case for redesigning around AI is made. The open question is how far to take it with teams and pricing, and what will still stop a competitor copying you.
Session 1
What changes when a company redesigns itself around AI?

What counts as a moat when AI can reverse engineer any product, build any software and automate any process?
Paul AlexanderKrzysztof SzyszkiewiczMichał KrzyżanowskiVytenis Pakėnas
Owning the stack
Software engineering is being rewritten. Agents write the code. Engineers build the system around it, check what it ships and pay for every call.
Session 1
The million-line repo nobody typed: software factories, two-slice teams and the engineer as foreman
Session 2
If everyone rents the same models, what makes your AI product different?
Session 3
Trust, but verify the log: evals for agents that grade their own homework

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the conference?

The summit takes place at EXPO XXI (Ignacego Prądzyńskiego 12/14, 01-222 Warsaw), one of Warsaw's main conference and exhibition centres, in the Wola district. It is about 15 minutes by car from Warsaw Chopin Airport and close to Warszawa Zachodnia and Warszawa Centralna stations. By public transport, take a bus to the Prądzyńskiego or PKP Kasprzaka stops, or a tram to PKP Wola (Kasprzaka). The venue has its own car park, but it fills up on busy days, so we recommend public transport or a ride-hailing service such as Uber, Bolt or FreeNow.
