Piotr Dorosz is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and long-time advocate of responsible AI adoption. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at Wrocław University of Science and Technology and holds an Executive MBA from the Wrocław University of Economics.
Piotr began his career as a software engineer and later worked as a business analyst and IT project manager. In 2004, he founded Deviniti, a technology company supporting organizations worldwide in digital transformation, modern work management, and building scalable software solutions. Today, as CEO of Deviniti, he is responsible for the company’s strategy, product and service portfolio, and key international partnerships. Deviniti’s solutions are used by over 10,000 customers globally, including organizations such as Samsung, Deloitte, BASF, NASA, the United Nations, Allianz, and HSBC.
In recent years, Piotr has been strongly focused on artificial intelligence and its real-world impact on business and society. He actively supports Bielik.AI, the first large language model trained on Polish data, and SpeakLeash Foundation, contributing to the development of open, sovereign AI ecosystems. He is also engaged in regional and European technology initiatives, promoting practical, ethical, and human-centric approaches to AI-driven transformation.
