Michał is one of the co-founders of DGTL. As a partner, he is responsible for the SPeeD (Security, Privacy, Data) practice, which includes
personal data protection and for litigation practice. In addition to the practices he manages, he advises on all matters related to the broadly understood subject of employment and copyright law.
He specialises in IT and new technologies, HR law, corporate negotiations, litigation, personal data protection and intellectual property management. For 12 years, he has been training in the field of labour law, copyright and personal data protection. He is a lecturer at the Leon Koźmiński Academy
Koźmiński University in Warsaw, at the training centre of the National Labour Inspectorate, at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw and at the bar association at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
Michał's clients to date have included banks, large industrial plants, production plants employing several thousand people, insurers, IT companies, marketing, PR and event agencies, and real estate developers.
