I am responsible for developing and driving Danske Bank's practical adoption of Generative AI. I head up 5 full stack teams that implement specific use cases and put them in production in close collaboration with the business units. The group has undergone a maturity journey from initially developing our software development life cycle, to implementing fairly simple AI assistants to now implementing AI agents.

I have 20+ years of experience in driving transformations and process improvements in heavily regulated industries. I have a strong track record in developing, driving and managing business improvements and transformations that deliver significant results increasing productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. First in pharma, now in finance.
