Michał Pogoda-Rosikoń is a CEO and Co-Founder of Bards.ai, where he leads a team of machine learning engineers developing custom-trained AI models for commercial partners . His team focuses on areas of agentic systems, language modeling and image analisis.

For the last 10 years, Michał has been involved in training AI models in multiple fields including Machine Vision for Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV) and Natural Language Modeling. Before founding bards.ai, he was a member of Clarin (Wroclaw University of Science & Technology) - the largest NLP R&D project in Eastern Europe, where he authored and co-authored multiple scientific publications in the field of applied AI.
